Politique d'expédition. We are situated in a rural place and this brings you top quality Extra-Virgin Olive Oils direct from producer. As we are a bit far from the main towns, we are able to ship every Wednesday, for your purchases done until Sunday 24:00 (Lisbon time). This grants you the freshness and quality from our olive oils, direct from farm.

At present we ship to France, Germany, Austria, Netherlands, Belgium, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Finland, Sweden, Denmark and Sweden. For the Baltic & Scandinavian countries, delivery takes around 5-6 (five) days from expedition date. For the other countries mentioned above it takes around 4 (four) days from expedition date. Please, subscribe to our mailing here so we can advise you when we add new countries in the list. We will email you with details if this applies to your order. Ordres. If we are unable to fulfill your entire order for any reason, we will contact you via the email address provided by you to us. We may replace items with similar value/size/type. In special circumstances, we reserve the right to hold your order and contact you for further instructions.

Articles défectueux ou endommagés If there is an issue with your order, please notify us within 15 days from delivery date. Contact us at contact@gilsoncamposdacosta.com.br Pour signaler tout problème. Nous ne pouvons pas offrir de remboursement après ce délai, mais nous ferons de notre mieux pour résoudre le problème. Si une livraison est visiblement endommagée, vous avez le droit de refuser la commande dès sa réception par la poste ou le transporteur, et elle nous sera retournée.

Livraisons échouées. As a small business, we cannot accept responsibility for delivery failures due to incorrect address, contact information, wrong delivery address or absence of the receiving customer at the destination address. Please ensure your details are correct when placing your order.

Vous n'êtes pas à la maison pour votre livraison ? If no one is available to receive the delivery and the products cannot be left in a secure location, the carrier may attempt to deliver to a neighbor. In some countries like Germany, they will leave a delivery card to confirm this so you can retrieve your order with your neighbour. If delivery is unsuccessful, in some countries they will leave a note and/or attempt delivery again, usually the next working day. Depending on the country, the postal service may keep you updated through email or other means. If you informed us an incorrect email we will not able to help you faster. If you do not collect the parcel or rearrange delivery, we will contact you for further instructions and may charge for storage and additional delivery costs.

Taxes et autres frais. Local taxes and import duties may apply depending on the destination country. These eventual charges are beyond our control and are for your account.
