1. By purchasing our products, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
2. Payment Terms. Payment for all purchases must be made in full at the time of order.
3. Return and Refund Policy. Due to the perishable nature of our food products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds, except for products damaged during their transportation by the courier company. All sales are final. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service team within 15 days of receiving your order, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
4. Fraud Prevention. Vale do Pais Farm reserves the right to cancel any transaction if fraud is suspected. This includes, but is not limited to, the use of stolen credit cards or providing false information.
5. Verification Requirements. Customers are required to provide valid identification and contact information for verification purposes. Failure to provide accurate information may result in the cancellation of the order.
6. Refund Policy. In the event of a refund, the customer must first attempt to resolve the dispute with Vale do Pais Farm before initiating a refund.
7. Warranty and Liability. Our products come with a 30-day warranty from purchase date. Vale do Pais Farm is not liable for any issues arising from misuse or unauthorized modifications of the product. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
8. Dispute Resolution. Any disputes arising from these terms or your purchase will be resolved through the Courts in Portugal. Both parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes amicably before resorting to legal action.
9. Governing Law. These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. Any legal actions must be brought in the courts of Portugal.
10. Non-Disparagement. Customers agree not to make false or misleading statements about Vale do Pais Farm or its products. Any breach of this clause may result in legal action.
11. Confidentiality. Customers agree to keep any sensitive information related to their purchase confidential. This includes, but is not limited to, pricing, product details, and personal information.
These terms and conditions are in the English language. If these terms and conditions are translated into any language other than English, the English language text shall prevail in the event of a conflict between the English version and the translated version.
